Refund Policy – SB CLASSIC
At SB CLASSIC, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Refund Policy carefully to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- The item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging
- You contact us within 3 days of receiving the item
- The item is not a final sale or marked non-refundable
Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, some items like boxers and undergarments are not eligible for returns.
2. Return Process
- Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for our team to approve your return request and provide the return address
- Ship the item back at your own cost (unless the return is due to our error)
3. Exchanges
If you received a wrong size, color, or product, we’ll gladly exchange it (subject to availability) once the original item is returned.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Approved refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days
- Refunds are sent to your original payment method
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- Contact us within 24 hours with clear photos
- We will assess the issue and offer a refund, replacement, or store credit
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Sale items marked “Final Sale”
- Worn, altered, or washed clothing
